Business Controller
Thierry van ’t Hoff is Business Controller at Van Uden, focusing on our timber investments. With a keen analytical eye, he delivers clear financial reporting, thorough analyses, and well-substantiated investment proposals. He also supports other portfolio companies across the group.
As a fifth-generation Van ’t Hoff, Thierry feels a strong connection to Van Uden. At the age of sixteen, he gained his first work experience at Van Uden Stevedoring — an early introduction that further sparked his interest in entrepreneurship and deepened his involvement in the family business.
Thierry studied Business Administration at the University of Groningen and holds a Master’s degree in Transport & Supply Chain Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. With his financial expertise and strong commitment, he contributes to a robust and future-oriented organisation within Van Uden.
